SOUND QUALITY

I've read previous reviews that describe the pre and its performance including replacing tubes.. Overall, it's nice to have it on hand for some applications. For those looking for a first preamp for microphones, I will recommend a more neutral because MPA not sound bad but does not work with all sources.

OVERALL OPINION

I just want to add something useful for grateux and bassists: if they can not make a decision in the rules of art (scratches, amp, a nice acoustic mic preamp), MPA can enter your scraper / bass directly into one of the two jacks on the front and use such plugs Guitar Rig, Logic Amp Designer. It works like hell, the quality of the circuits and being able to give a little gain (due to the lamp) into the socket provides a surprisingly realistic sound. I got the best results with the plugs in Softubes (Vintage Amp Room, and Bass Amp Room, not to mention).

A wise!
