«  A very good metal guitar »

Published on 01/26/12 at 16:12
Made in Japan by the makers of the series standard ESP, we have a guitar of the same quality as a standard Eclipse or Horizon. Handle thin u like all ESP, 24 frets, EMG-HZ a micro-H4, a Floyd Rose 1000 series, one volume.

The side of the wood was painted through a maple neck, an ebony fingerboard and an alder body

UTILIZATION

The handle is a highway, access to acute nickel is more than thanks to the cutaway. The guitar does not involve looking up (a rare enough to be stressed V) and is sold as standard with Schaller Straplock. Involved sitting is like any other V, once you have found the position is good!

No scratches with this complication, one branch, you turn the volume we play!

SOUNDS

This guitar comprising a micro-EMG HZ-H4 in the bridge position, it is not at all versatile and can do nothing other than metal. And it necessarily obvious she excels in this area, with a sound that is clear, sharp, but still low, and finally a small round.

Played on Line6 SpiderValve 112, it's all good!

We know why you buy the scratch, so the coup no surprises in sound, even if an EMG 81 would have been welcome

OVERALL OPINION

I use it since I received it in October (because of problems in Japan, Thomann has been extremely late). Before buying, I tried an ESP SV, which is exactly the same for € 700 less, just a microphone and less! I absolutely love her look, her sound, and playability!

With experience, I would do this choice of ESP that I was still not disappointed!
