Unlike critics say bcp small brands, perhaps the most affluent and demanding of us, I still have no problem with my pretty pregnant Prodipe daily use leisure / multimedia. I have all the bass I need, and double. Impossible to use them at full speed, it&#39;s going too hard. It&#39;s great stuff to equip the house, the settings are interesting, I find accurate but too low. It should be an equalizer input, it is true that it helps.
- What characteristics have motivated your choice?
I was looking for a sound "versatile" with vents at the front and a good sound output. Novice, I admit it was a bit of poker to choose these speakers, not to be disappointed so I selected the Pro8 I bought in Switzerland at a bargain concurence (about 350Euros pair in promo ). No regrets, that&#39;s exactly what I falait.

- For what purpose?
Replacing speakers in my micro hi-fi, plus sufficient progress in computer music leisure. I was looking for something to also ensure daily use, since I am a devourer of sounds. Reggae, Jungle, Hardcore, Electro, Breaks, a little metal, etc ...
We can summarize it for home use: listen to my CDs and the radio via my Micro, listen to Web radio stations from my PSP and my Chumby, and especially for better use of my equipment computer music (MicroKorg, Dell M90 Laptop, Card M-Audio Fasttrack Pro , master keyboard E-Mu).
I do not practice the computer music in the context of leisure, so it&#39;s good enough to take a lot of fun. My partner is actively involved in my experiments, making it a real pleasure.

qqs months after edit: I can confirm that they are very good speakers for multimedia use at home, no need to push too hard for the sound throughout the house (I have a pair in the living room, and it diffuses everywhere .. .)
However it is clear that this is not a near-field monitor or monitors for work.
I like to get out of a salon to the terrace, without fear of ruining a piece of technology "/> I find myself still going to use that I did. Semi-professional go your way.

- What amp / What configuration? ...
They are amplified, and rather monstrous for my stay of 25-30 square meters
I use the RCA output jacks via the 3.5 "of my devices (mp3, PSP, Micro, chumby, laptop, TV etc ...)
I do not understand the value of using the other inputs "balanced" as part of my type of use. If qqn will explain I&#39;d be very grateful "/>
They are back to the wall, 4 cm from the wall, on both sides of my TV. They are placed on a long chest and 65 cm above the ground. Perfect for attacking full of cum slumped on the sofa ... the right height ... serendipity!
Small foam pads ensure their role properly, but still it&#39;s mean for the price of the babies.

SOUNDS

Frankly those who complain must have bionic ears to find fault, otherwise they are mistaken in their choice of gear ... We agree it is a little trying to play great, but it&#39;s very honest.
After a day or two of adjustment in the placement of speakers, and using a vast filters available on the rear, it always manages to get by. For a stay of 15m2 are far too powerful, and in this case we can not step outside as an equalizer. In my 25-30m2 are pretty accurate.

Still can not classify these monitors in the category Top of the range. I do not sound very spatial, probably due to the low volume of my room. I&#39;ve heard more clear as well, but obviously the price was not the same, nor the power. Yet they are perfect for my type use "sound" at home. I was disappointed to have less bass, possibly a leveling of the entry would be interesting.

Apart from the fact that they offer no protection of the boom, they could even be used occasionally to host a cocktail mix at home or with a friend, even on the terrace although they bardent safe distance (4-5 meter ).

OVERALL OPINION

3 weeks of use

+ The beautiful chest very well finished
vents on the front
super low thanks to the large boomer
indexed knobs!

- No grid or protection of the woofer, it scares me to life
logos on the front that I am going to disappear soon
the skates are not provided serious given the weight and finish of enceitnes.
I also regret the power cords not bent, that prevent them closer to a wall really> should get its own cable bent ...

Good value for money but not surprising, in addition I received a nice promotion then fine for me.

I have long trailed with musicians of all kinds so I ententendu many configs, without being able to tell who was playing on what gear. Yeah I&#39;m still a novice ... I am not disappointed with my stuff as to what I saw in others.

Maybe not the same choice, I would have liked a guard, and are shallower. > The power cable "right" adds qqs inches in depth if placement against a wall.
