Thread M-Audio Delta 66: Getting error "Code 10" on install

Hello all. Having an issue with my Delta 66.
I recently got a new cpu (XP)and I am trying to install my M-Audio Delta 66. I downloaded the most recent driver from M-Audio's site, installed that. Then, I installed the Delta. Then I restarted and went through the "install new hardware" deall, only to get an error at the very end: "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

I have tried reformatting and then re-installing and I'm still getting the same error.

Has anyone else run across this? I'm at a loss...
