Yamaha AW1600 - track not recording

Hi - I am new to the forum and have a question about the Yamaha AW1600 workstation I just picked up on Ebay. All tracks record, except track 4 and I can’t locate a setting that may have either disabled for recording or set to “Read-only”. Is there such a setting in the menu or does it sound like a hardware issue? All other tracks record input but now track 4. Any troubleshooting ideas?
