Recording trouble on PC? (cable Hook up)

I need to Know if I can hook XLR to 1/4-inch into computer without buying some sort of audio interface because I only need one mic to be hooked up to record vocals on PC?

P.S. The Microphone is a Samson C15 CL Studio Condenser Microphone so any info or opinions about that would help also.
