NVidia N Force 3, can't figure out what goes where!

I know I'm color blind but maybe just ignorant. I can't seem to figure out what goes where, correctly, even though my motherboard has a built in program called sound effect manager that auto senses my connections. I am hook up a mic an a sub (which has 2 speakers into it). Three connectors, lots of confusion.
