Reason 5: Combinator/Delay Problem

While in Reason 5, I have created a combinator incl (Korg,Delay). In the combo programmer, I have set the 1st button to control the ENABLE for the DELAY. But it doesnt toggle ON/OFF, instead it toggles BYPASS/OFF. Does anyone know why this would happen.?
