This little 8-track Portastudio is for "no CD burner" DP-02, it stores data on Compact Flash cards and allows exporting data to a PC through a USB cable.

UTILIZATION

First, what is for me the big highlight this model: the Portastudio is really easy to use, it is far from models of the countless functions gadget boss (I think especially the drum machine). All functions are accessible without getting lost in menus is really happy!

SOUNDS

The sound is very neutral, no breath is generated but it is not normal on a 4-track K7 after all.
Overall I am satisfied with the report after mixing my demos are clear and there are many different instruments.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for almost a year, I did not hesitate too much as this model I was immediately put into trust, it is robust, well thought out and truly plug n play. Attention all the time because it does not entail beatbox unlike its competitors, but they are generally unusable (especially at Boss) so no regrets.
I recorded a bunch of demos with no unpleasant surprises, however it will invest in a compact flash card 4 GB hope 1/2h record music that came with the camera does not record more than a ten minute of sound in a configuration drums / guitar / bass / vocals.
If there was a black spot, I would say that the export mix is a bit long (usually several minutes) but I quibble.
I really recommend this product to all those who are angry with the computer, I experienced many setbacks on PC and this device really helped me move forward to focus on music.
