I use the DriveRack PA + for 2 weeks.
Did you try many other models before getting this one?
No, only the first generation DriveRack PA was also satisfied.
What thing do you like most/least about it?
Pros:
I used mainly for DriveRack PA + 28 band EQ, RTA "Full time", the compressor / limiter and of course the crossover.
Everything is great in this processor ...
Compact module ... 1U "rack space."
No breath.
Easy to use.
EQ very accurate.
Correction of the acoustics of a room very quickly.
Full time RTA therefore sought to finish the blind frequency that interferes with ... That's what bothered me the standard Driverack PA ... provided of course to have a micro analysis.
The "Mute" on each output.
My kit has never sounded better!
Minimum:
The only thing I can say for now is that in the box I only had the manual in English.
However, we can download the French version on the site DBX but hey, the Driverack is so easy to use that I did not really need the manual.
What is your opinion about the value for the price?
Very good ... bought new for $ 530 in Quebec, that's all I needed to decorate my Yamaha 01v.
Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice? ...
