« Squier Affinity P-bass »
Published on 09/03/03 at 15:00I bought in music store in Croatia for 230 EUR. I wanted a spare guitar, because I didn' want to take my Fender to some places...
Affinity P-bass is well ballanced, and feels very similar to my Fender P-bass.
Sound is a bit "dry" compared to Fender, but it is not a problem, it just has a different "bouquet"
Pickguard is not very rigid... It broke when I was taking off the protection film... just from one screwhole to the edge.
For the price payed, and for the purpose it was purchased, the best guitar available on the market.
Don't waste your money and your time looking for something special. Try this guitar first, and most probably lot of you will not go on searching for the other bass.
