I use a Variax 500 and I did not choose the effect of multi brand.
The sound is good for trs amp simulations.
The pRSET trs are bad, not to be trusted.
I like wha, the fuzz, things analog tape. I like the grain brought by the lamps.
Although sr loadings are simulated and do not replace a real amp close to the feedback.
However the zoom is enough for me to save.
The sound quality is excellent.

I tried the others who are in the same price range (from 250 600 euros) and it is one I prfre.
