Reason 3.0 Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been having trouble recording Reason 3.0 in Pro Tools Le. When I hit record random notes play every few bars but don't show up on the midi map. When I hit playback these ugly notes play over my recording. Any clue as to what the problem could be?

untill you find out what the problem is just export/import wave
