We have trouble when we plug in a Martin acoustic guitar
with an Aura preamp. We use the input 3 selecting the MIc on the Safire 56, and as soon as we touch the strings a noise appears which did not appear in any other audio interface we used before.

We changed the wire, trying several ones, but the noise remains....
turning the session into an unpleasant inconvenience.

We shall appreciate your help to solve this inconvenience.
