so i thought this hissing/buzzing noise was just the interface having crappy preamps but i notice its only there when i record. if i use the headphone monitoring feature to listen to my mic the buzz and hiss isnt there at all. i even tried a triton fethead and gave it a bad review saying it didnt give any clean gain. idk if it does lol but anyway. i think the problem is coming from the conversion from analog to digital since it doesnt show up on monitoring feeature? here is a small recording of the humm and buzz.... you may have to boost the volume a little to hear it. but its clearly a very audible buzz/humm that makes al lmy recordings unusable using a dynamic mic.

realtek audio drivers fixed the buzz. the hiss is still too loud. damn it. may just go back to condensers.

I had the same issue using my windows 10 laptop and Reaper. try unpluggingb the computer and running your rig from its internal battereies.. fixed it for me
