Thread Scarlett 2i2 and Logitech C920 webcam question

I have focusrite 2i2 and a Logitech C920 webcam. The Logitech camera hears audio from channel one of the focusrite, but not from channel 2. I've tried making the focusrite my default mic, I've tried using 3.0 USB port for both products, I've tried every option the camera gives me, nothing seems to work. Is there a way to make the Logitech hear both channels?

I have the same exact issue with the 6i6.
