I'm having THE most infuriating time trying to get my brand-new Clarett to work properly. As the title suggests, I'm getting white noise constantly. However, this is only a problem with exported files, YouTube, etc. There is no white noise if I play back a file in a DAW (Reaper, Ableton, etc). Absolutely zero. I can even re-import an exported file and the white noise will disappear. But if I try to play it in Windows, iZotope, or Audacity, it re-appears.

I am extremely lost. It can't be a grounding issue if it's working at least *some* of the time. I've seen some forums suggesting that it's the noise floor of the interface, but I'm not sure that makes sense either for the same reason.

I just really need to know what's going on. And I don't want to take this thing back. I've already called around and there isn't an interface to be found for hundreds of miles thanks to everyone's sudden obsession with recording.
