Sapphire Pro 24 dead?

I have a Sapphire Pro 24 that has recently died. The symptoms were today the the system was noisy (had left it on for several days), turned it off and let it rest, turned it back on, green on light came on but nothing else - now completely dead. Any suggestions or known faults?
