SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

---

OVERALL OPINION

Compared to that I use cubase sx for 5 years I find this program better in many ways:

- Performance: CPU more headroom, more stable, no crashes with many VST, instantaneous opening of the program, no zoom like a tedious project overloaded on cubase, everything seems more responsive.
- Modularity: smart routing audi / midi, adding effects and navigation very intuitive once forgotten the previous habits. Modularity of the interface as well, with many skins really nice.
- Possibilities: I see no obvious difference with software expensive, both in recording, editing audio and midi, mixing, automation, etc.. It is sometimes argued that it is less efficient than cubase at MIDI, I find it easier to use.

In short I migrated. Counting a few hours to digest the specifics. Export / Import projects from my cubase is pretty tedious: export export midi + audio +? On all vst for each track (unless you have the presets). But it is a great way to take control of the software.

Obviously it is a gas plant, so it's difficult to take over, especially since all menus are not perfectly organized. But overall I find it more intuitive than Cubase.

Yet no French translation, but it suits me.
