need help hooking up my sampler and interface

Alright, I need help with hooking my m-audio fast track pro audio interface to my roland sp-606, basically I would like to use it as a controller like the trigger finger. Right now I have the fast track hooked up to my mixer line. How can I hook my sampler up to fast track pro ? Any help would be appreciated.
