Topic Where do I begin?
I am totally new to recording. I have an Technics SX-P50 keyboard, a midi cable and a Dell Inspiron 6000. I'm looking for an easy recording program that has different sounds, i.e., drums, guitar, etc., just to play around with. This is for hobby purposes only. A friend of mine recommended Tracktion but I wanted to hear what else people would recommend. Just a basic, easy-to-understand program with lots of different sampled sounds. Thanks for any help.

you want lots of samples? use reason 3.
you want an easy program? use windows sound recorder.
you want both? i want a cheap ferrari too...
