UTILIZATION
Compared to the boss gt-8, the pod xt live is easier to use. One complaint about the screen is that it is a bit difficult to read.
SOUND QUALITY
Them preamps: Better than 2.0 pod but the rest of the simulation, can not have the ankle of a real amp lamps. Those who do not perois diffrence would need to go wash your ears! Nanmoins I try everything that this fact Contents amp simulator and it happens in the Vox ToneLab deuxime APRS, but the pod is more versatile.
-Effects: Plutt well! The''hot''sound effect, they simultaneously old analog pedals. Trs good chorus, phaser and tremolo. Except that only the base effects (no harmonizer, the fretless, acoustic simulator, pitch shifter ...) and there are a bunch of synth sound conpltement unusable. The reverbs and dlais t have the big surprise, several MODEL and they sound all good and DIFFERENT! Whas the version 3 are beautiful! Not as much as the real pedals, but it's a pleasure to spend a vox crybaby in one click!
OVERALL OPINION
I have been using 4 mois.Trs qualitprix good value. Vla a digitech 10 years was sold and had $ 1000 less than half of the pod xt live CHARACTERISTICS. Here is a comparison between the pod xt, Boss GT8 and Vox ToneLab
