The BSM RPA "Major" model is designed to deliver an output level of 8 volts (which can kill most modulation stompboxes with electronical CMOS switching like delay, chorus etc. that are connected after the RPA Major in the signal chain, according to BSM).
The RPA Major is supposed to reproduce Ritchie Blackmore’s “high gain” sound from the mid to late 70s while at the same time “updating it” to the 21st century.
The booster is true bypass and can be powered with a battery or plugged in.
Warranty is 1 year for mechanical parts, 3 years for electronics.
