Introduced in 1979, the DOD Studio BiFet Preamp 410 boost pedal was mainly designed to biff up the volume of the piezo-equipped instruments up to 17dB. Various editions were released in the FX Series under the reference FX 10 Bi-Fet Preamp.
Almost 30 years laters, the new version of the BiFet Boost 410 is back on the market to boost your volume and your EQ up to 20dB. The main new feature is the switchable Buffer that allows for placing the pedal anywhere in the effect chain. As for the rest, this new reissue includes the same recent innovations as the ones built into the DOD Overdrive Preamp 250, Phaser 201 and Envelope Filter 440 (status LED, true bypass, aluminum chassis and an included 9V DC power supply).
Features of this new DOD BiFet Boost 410 2014 Edition:
- Clean Boost up to +20dB
- Switchable buffer
- True bypass
- 1/4” input and output
- 9V DC power supply included
- Blue status LED
