UTILIZATION
Use child, turn knob scratch guitar.
The manual is far from essential, but the three models presented settings provide good starting points, especially to more easily understand the action of knob ISF.
SOUND QUALITY
The sound quality is excellent for a pedal.
Used with:
BC RICH WARLOCK SE-INVERTED (reverse head) with a single EMG 81X micro
ESP LTD K500-Kelly Hayes equipped EMG 81/60
Very efficient, for my part I found versatile.
Its not cold here, dynamic phew, power, heat, come get happiness.
OVERALL OPINION
-I am not really a full-time guitarist, this is the opinion of an amateur.
I tried a bunch of distortion pedals in the past, boss, mxr, electro harmonix, marshall etc ...
Using metal context. I bought this pedal because I sought a disto hard to mumuse initially and eventually to use it for studio projects and other experiments including vocals and keyboards. Given the quality of the thing it's a safe bet that I'll have fun. The possibilities are numerous and exhilarating exploration.
-The sound quality is amazing, I honestly did not think we could design a distortion pedal in this quality. Note that I did not say that this pedal excels everywhere, but we will always find broadly acceptable compromise whatsoever for the large "palm mute" elephantine, the "drizzle" black metal or a bluesy crunch very nice.
And all this in two / three movement pots, it is convenient and intuitive, it does not bleed is relatively clean while éfficace.
on the other hand, his breath a little anyway, normal with this type of product you will say, yes, but a noise gate will perhaps not superfluous to use live. Me that bother me unduly for now.
-It's expensive, but the quality that pays well and is at the appointment and the height of the budget, so the value for money is good.
Conclusion:
I think we want the pearl, it is not far from the distortion pedal with ultimate product, but again it is only the opinion of an amateur.
