«  Does the job »

Pdéale Distortion 2 modes, see previous opinions
I put 8 because they could always quibble over the fine adjustments

UTILIZATION

It could not be simpler ... No need for manual
The transition between the two modes is done by the button or pedal switch to connect an external (optional)

SOUND QUALITY

I use a Gretsch 5120
Finally I use a low mode, which looks roughly speaking, a DS1. But it is fairly "flat" as distortion.

The method adds two frequencies (and edit sound, which can make good solos very smooth (you can even add a little overdrive before I do it with a vox big ben), it does the job.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a few days, but she conquered. I love this dual mode that allows you to switch between saturation "flat" to blend into the mix to a saturation that stands out for solos.
I like the second mode does not sizzle too and let sounds smooth.

I do not know if I would do this choice, I paid € 42 for OCCAZ, it will again. I will still try distos latest PowerStack like Boss, probably more versatile (the crunch of metal) and I hope with a warm sound distortion (tube type)
