Published on 03/15/04 at 15:00I paid 100$ US for it in a shop in Nashville, TN
Damn this pedal has the most gain and the most attack that I have ever heard in a guitar stomp box, set aside maybe the DOD Death Metal, which is less gainy but more crunchy. The Death Metal setting has massive amounts of crunch and sustain and basically just kicks ass.
I don't like everything on the counter-clockwise side of the pedal, distortion just gets shitty and distant sounding.
Built like a rock, drained my first battery in like two hours. Thought maybe they were shitty batteries, bought some better ones, loaded it and they lasted like one hour and a half. BUY AN ADAPTOR!!!
This is a great pedal if you into out-of-control distortion, crunchy rhythm and great sustain for your leads.
