C.F. Martin & Co. has announced an addition to the Martin SP acoustic string product line, the new Martin SP Lifespan.
Designed to repel the oils and dirt that can deaden strings, all six strings are treated to preserve the Martin SP sound, the company says. Martin SP Lifespan strings treated with Cleartone proprietary technology will be available August 2010.
