My Tascam m3700 accidently got turned of by the power plug being pulled from the wall. Now when I turn it on the peak light in each of the vu meters is lit, as well as every light on the board. It will not take no info or let me do anything. When I turn it on the power supply makes a quick vibrating type of noise.

I am in need of the service manual with Schematic for it and willing to pay for a copy if anyone has it
