Im having trouble figuring out how to get my home studio set-up.

I have a zoom hd16
korg micro-x
podx3
hp media center p.c

All these have 1/4" , midi, S/pdif and usb connection. I will be using cubase le software for post production with EZ drummer and fl studio 6. What is the best way to link this all together. Can i use midi , s/pdif and usb together or is it one or the other? Im really at a standstill with my music so any help will be greatly appreciated.
