Focusrite Saffire Pro 14 problem!!

Hello guys. A few days ago I was building a new PC rig (Ryzen 5 2600 CPU and motherboard b450...etc.) and I bought a new firewire card PC express. 400. After connecting Sound card (Focusrite Saffire Pro 14) to PC... actually in firewire card .... windows is crushing… every time I connect Sound card to firewire card, windows i crushing (Win10 Pro)

I'm just interested..... is there a problem in communication between “old” sound card and new Pc rig..... Or something else?
