help required cubase 5 audio mixdown works on windows media player but no vocal just track on my phone

Hi i am having problems getting vocals to play through my phone but the track still play fine. it crackles where the vocals are supposed to be. The whole audio and vocals both play fine through windows media play has anyone got suggestions on what this problen could be down to.
