OVERALL OPINION
After comparing it to a higher-end tube apex, this mic really surprised me
It's a truly ideal mic for rap/rnb and speech recordings because it captures well the high frequency range. In comparison, the apex captures more the mids. I really like it to highlight the pronunciation of a text, for the clarity of the words.
On the other hand, I use it sparingly on pop vocals given its excess of high frequencies.
It's an excellent mic, though.
