The TLM193 is a studio microphone electrostatic particulirement comfortable with the sound of singing and speech. It can also be used for acoustic guitars, but the field is prdilection voice.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for eight years without worry, the sound is trs end, makes a wonderful nuances. In the "plus", we can say that this is a real professional studio microphone in the "minus" the output level is a little weak. Compared with the TLM103, there is a world of diffrence, the 193 is a CATEGORY above, it makes a soft sound trs, near the U87, with the absence of the agressivit that caractrise Neumann gnral. Price is not the lowest (prvoir suspension in addition, bill 100 Neumann), but it is provided in the pretty red wooden box, it has the look and sound. Positive. Too bad there's only one cardioid directivity. A remake, j'achterai the same.
