Ok So I'm thinking about buying a new mic. Which one do you guys think is the better one?
The Rode NT1A or Shure KSM27. Or any other recommendations around the same pricing.

thanks in advance!

I've got a Rode NT1, and i'm very happy with it. it's apparently almost the same thing as the NT1a. Anyway i've only heard good things about the te NT1A too. i don't know much about the KSM27, but i've also heard good reviews about it.

Well the Shure Mic does sound a bit better. It really also depends where you want to use it (and what for). Studio oder Live? Both? The Shure costs a bit more but you also get a better mic. The Rode is really nice...the Shure has a bit more (nice) coloring. If you can afford it I would go with the Shure...not knowing much more about the intended application.

Thanks for the advice, both Thor H and phraseland.
I can afford both really, but I'm going to use it for studio use. My first choice was the Shure indeed but after researching both the Rode seems to have a bit better review. So I don't know? Anyone else who could advice me?
