characteristics have already been widely discussed here, but which version do we speak?
OVERALL OPINION
I bought it right out, I think it was in 2003?
I also useful Neuman TLM 103, and I have several condenser microphones of very good quality.
I am very surprised at the post board modification posted on the forum. Opening my model, I find that the quality of the electronics is much higher and extremely more careful than the pictures posted, which would tend to think that the first models were made with much more care and electronics clearly higher, probably before moving to mass production more economical.
But the question is in what year?
On mine, there is no difference in quality of components or welds with my Neuman, and it's great luxury next to what I've seen on these photos.
There would thus be two microphones marketed with the same name?
On my model, no change is necessary, the sound is excellent, the dynamics is exceptional, there is no color, powerful bass and treble are very well defined.
At the time, it cost 380 euros in, which was a bargain.
Models and newer sold for less than 200 euros, I do not know, electronics having nothing to do. It seems quite rude and sloppy, completely changed the diagram, components have become minimalist quality welds are rough, even if the capsule seems to be the same, it really speaks more of the same microphone.
