« but no synchronization »
Published on 10/21/10 at 07:33Without dwelling on the characteristics of the JamMan, in my opinion one of the strengths of it is virtually unlimited recording capacity. With a 1 GB card, you can see coming.
The negative point for my use is the lack of MIDI connection that could be useful to synchronize the JamMan with other instruments. (It is virtually impossible to synchronize a loop with a rhythm on a drum machine without shifts).
UTILIZATION
Rather easy to use (you still have the manual).
SOUND QUALITY
Good sound quality.
Maybe in stereo, it would have been better (though the guitars are mono, some stereo effects).
OVERALL OPINION
I bought two years ago in the USA.
I used it often as a notepad to record ideas riff that went through my head.
However, I can not use it for other purposes mainly because of timing problem.
