Korean, 22 frets, two humbuckers made in epiphone (that means what that means), Les Paul style acastillage (tune-o-matic, stop bar ...)
Volume and tone with microphone, a three-position switch.
Channel rather pleasant, even friendly enough. Well we will not have fun the last 3 squatter huts but otherwise it does.
It is rather light for a Les Paul. Well balanced with a good strap ...
The mechanical rather nazes and the plastic nut is not really first choice.
The electronics are low-end to low end, must pay attention!

UTILIZATION

As I just said (I have trouble with me ...), opinion sections of the handle is quite nice, is comfortable in hand, it is pleasant enough on that side.
Access to acute is worthy of a Les Paul, what about other ...
It is rather thin and light for a Les Paul, very nice to play. On this side there they did a good job at Epiphone.
However, its level is still not quite that ... But ergonomics is very good.

SOUNDS

It was my first guitar at the time, I played a little bit of everything ...
I played with a Roland Cube 30, and sometimes I just plugged a lamp for fun.
In his clear, micro defend themselves well, nothing to say. Side neck pickup, it sounds soft and round, it's really nice. For the bridge pickup, however, it sounds very slamming, but it is playable with the tone.
on the other hand, when it goes into distortion, low hurts: the pickups are rough, it is formless, ugly, it's drooling like melted butter ... At the limit it goes in the mid-scooped distortion ultra to Recto, but once you balance a little medium is Hiroshima.
In addition, microphones Feedback to every turn as soon as the volume is substantial.
Me, it amuses me becaufe it gives me a good basis for making noise (the noise j'adôôôôôre), but it still makes it unusable in rehearsal or live ...
So 10 for clear sound, 0 for the distortion, and we will raise the bill for Larsen amuse me.

OVERALL OPINION

It's been over a year I have now.
I like nice ergonomics, however all the hardware and electronics is to replace, and if you make a gaffe so slightly to the quality, it is almost as expensive as the guitar ... That's what made me give up elsewhere.
Now she serves as a scraper to make noise, I screwed up a mic strata bridge, and strange it was completely unbalanced the guitar! (I changed the strap at the same time, it can play.) I use it to make the feedback, so I use a stick or battery as I pass between the strings and the handle (inside Sonic Youth, uh).
Level quality / price ratio, it can be argued in German, but not in France, it must be my biggest regret this: to have bought in France.
Before buying it, I tried another model Epiphone, a signature I can not remember which, I let go because he y'avait large flames painted on it, it was a bit "too much" for me.
With experience, I do not redeem one, obviously. It's a good guitar to start, and if we take care it can be continually upgrade and finish with a good scratch, but if you have some experience and greater resources, you need to type elsewhere.
Ah, so she went through a period of "pulling rope ultra heavy" for tuning two-tone below or in the vicinity, and it has not done well at all to the handle, going over on it s normal ties' is arranged.

Basically, to summarize, it is a good guitar for beginners, but it quickly shows its flaws, and if you do not have the patience to upgrade regularly, it may not be worth it ... See for yourself. I still had a great time over Christmas to take me for Gallagher, Billy Corgan and Kim Thayil. Now she sleeps on a stand ...
