« Epiphone Les Paul »
Published on 01/29/04 at 15:00After wanting to learn guitar for so many years the accoustic I bought just didn't do it for me. To boost my spirits I had to go for the best tone and sustain. The Les Paul has proven to be a good choice. I bought it on Ebay for $225. What a bargain! I think it is even a vintage model.
To boost my spirits I had to go for the best tone and sustain available. To play like my favorite rock and metal guitarists.
The volume knob needs replaced. I have about 1/2 range on the full end. I usually leave it up about 3/4 round anyway.
Epiphone has the best Gibson Les Paul imitation of anyone.
If you think you can handle it get a good amp. I use a Line 6 - 112 Spider amp.I like to tune down like System of a down most.
