UTILIZATION

The handle is very nice, its softness and ease of use is due to the fact that the sleeves are Musicman oiled during production with a very thin oil (gun oil) and yes, that's the secret of the sweetness and fun play Musicman.

The stingray is a powerful bass, a very nice tool.

I use the stingray 5 for 5 years now.
I'm not a big fan of his form but it is a default in order to lean all the qualities it has!
Before buying it, I played on an Ibanez Ergodyne 5 string (which is a good low in itself). But the versatility of the Stingray has nothing to do.
I think the instrument is a bit expensive but the quality is paid. The bass does not move and the quality of finish is the price.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for more than 15 years, almost every day. I had to plug it in over thirty diffrent amp and I always had the sound I wanted.
