Arpology is a 5.3GB sample library that features mores than 550 instruments and multi for all music styles. The sounds are organized in three categories: cinematic/organic, electronic/effectual and percussive.
Sample Logic introduces here a new proprietary combined arpeggiator and sequencer called Step Animator that will help you create complex step-based melodic and rhythmic patterns. Many controls are available per step, including velocity, duration, transpose, pan, randomization… and 150 are included to help you get started.
The Kontakt GUI of Arpology features an effect tab with sequencers for real time effect automation, triggers (48 effect chains), an LFO, an additive synthesis engine, a pitch sequencer and macro to sequence parameter settings.
The other particularity of Arpology is that it ships with a TouchOSC template for instrument control on a tablet. The controller includes XY pads, modulators, a 2-octave MIDI keyboard and multi-script macro/buttons for the multis/
