Hi Guys!

I am reaaally stuck here. I had a pc rig that has died, and so its time to get a new computer. I have been looking at macs - specifically a powermac G5 (and seeming apple are possibly / most likely updating the lineup this friday i will prob get it then).

My problem is this, I have an Creative Audigy 2 ZS Plat PRo from my PC that I want to use in the mac - i have been informed / seen for real that it will physically fit, and I have also ready many reports of other audigy 2 users saying that even though the system req's state only Windows is supported - they just plugged theirs in and worked away! (admittedly, they did say that audio playback worked straightoff, but the line-ins etc were only activated when they upgraded to OSX 10.3.3 or whatever).

Any help is much appreciated - and please note, all of my money will be going on the mac, so i cant really buy new audio device... (though i dont wanna blow best part of Â£1000 just to "see if it works").
