im getting heaps of cracking and popping noise when im playing any sound back through windows media, sonar or anything that plays music. Sonar is also tellign me i have low disk space...??? not to sure what that means. and also im running 1 gig ram 2.4 amd.. is this to slow maybe for the card? amd may be running at 2.0 atm though. when playing music my computers lags up a little bit to.

any ideas?
