I chose this card for many of its proposed, in order to make the recording of multiple instruments and vocals.
My config: pc 2.5Ghz/512 DDR / 80GB HDD / win xp

UTILIZATION

At this level I, who with FCH silent PC, I must say that has not t "Plug and Pray" but truly "Plug and Play".
The small catch is that the manual is in English, but M-Audio site is excellent and easily find the manual in PDF format.

GETTING STARTED

It's been 2 months I use it and no problem of instability with respect to the updates I trust M-Audio who gre trs well site and you can count on PRESENT AND COMPETENT technical support.
There was a problem of latency beginners (3 sec.) But because of an error handling between Cubase and M-Audio ... but now all that audio midi, no problem I.
I made the sound: 4 drum mics, a guitar, a voice at the same time and I even add effects to live without crashes

OVERALL OPINION

+ Card rack design is interssante.
However two points to consider:
* Patch the router is not forcment simple and example configurations are limiting trs
* What I was nerv THE FIRST, unwanted is the lack of headphone jack, and especially the fact that when we talk about input and output Stros we do not prcise that by combining pairs and not units (eg the output is not a single stro but, for the Stereo pair requires a 2 s, I was counting working with headphones at beginners I heard the signal in the left channel because my headphone could be that in the s 1 or s 2) ...... unless I misunderstood the explanations but I do not think it's Specifies ......... so I quickly go through a table rsolu

cel said if I had to make the same choice I would do because the positive detous prcdemment deficits and price
