Excellent
- What technical specifications motivated your choice?
I was looking for a sound card with the bare minimum I needed: a PCI card with a jack or two entries, preferences rack, and a Stereo output, with a trs good to avoid the latency DSP ... and I had everything with that l.
- For what purpose?
to make the best caf ... it's not a. .. uh ... to record instruments? ah ben lends a rather good! more srieusement, c'tait to plug a guitar and a microphone.
- What is your config (motherboard / CPU / Ram / Hard ,...)?
Gigabyte GA-M55plus-S3G / AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800 + (2000 MHz) / PC4200 Corsair 1Ghz (2x512Mo) / Seagate 250GB 7200 RPM S-ATA II 16Mo (Barracuda 7200.9) / WinXP SP1 optimized (tons of unnecessary services stop s to boost the box)
- Which instruments or the Systmes do you use?
When I bought it I had no guitar amp and suddenly I could only connect my guitar on the pc and use an amp simulator. So now I plug either a microphone positioned in front of my guitar amp or my guitar directly, and then always a microphone for voice, harmonica or percussion.
UTILIZATION
- Installation is it without problem?
Installation is on-can-do-more-simple: It plugs into the PC, the PC is switched on, the windows DTECT, we choose the right drivers (rcuprez the latest version of the manufacturer's website before to get the latest version), and voila!
- Have you experienced any incompatibility?
No incomptabilit however, I regret that M-Audio does not dveloppe drivers for Windows Vista.
- The configuration gnrale is easy?
trs really simple.
- The manual is clear and sufficient?
I can not talk about it. I did not use

- The drivers are stable?
not a single crash or bug in 4 years
- Are they often put day?
I have not seen since mid 2006 up day
- What software do you use most often?
Cubase VST instruments and more, Reason, Rebirth
- What you get lag?
0 to 4 milliseconds according to my rglages is to say inaudible latency, which I really change my old card Guillemot ISIS (about 700m)
- How many tracks you get record / playback simultanment?
I never had the opportunity to test more than 2 tracks but I can easily get 4
OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 4 years
- What is the particular feature you like best and least?
the most: its simplicity the possibility of coupling with another card delta (44 or 66), the rack (not to be forced to go under the desk to plug in his guitar, its really effective DSP (but hey, I compare then with ISIS has can only be better ...)
the least: the absence of amplification. I did not realize right away and I have to buy a t prampli.
- How do you report qualitprix?
qualitprix excellent. is a simple map with a reasonable price
- With the exprience, you do again this choice?
trs certainly. I have not the usefulness of having more input or output, and I go through the USB port to control my MIDI keyboard.
