Value For Money : Excellent
Numerical simulation of amplifiers and HP + effects (delay, chorus, auto wah, reverb, saturation, distortion, flanger, compressor ...)
125 presets can be edited on PC and Mac via MIDI.
Footswitch (2 pedals)

UTILIZATION

Contrary to what I was told, I found the V-Amp 2 a disconcerting ease of use (perhaps because I've worked on a multi-purpose Zommer before).
The manual is French, for cons, too brief. The English version is more complete.
Editing sounds via the PC (MIDI port) is simple, despite a lack of explanation of aid (note that the software can be downloaded from net). Yet I am not a pro, and I went out (with surprise) pretty good!

SOUND QUALITY

I use the V-Amp 2 connected directly to the table with a Strato and a Les Paul.
Sounds and effects are striking. But there are so many possible parameters (between the amp and HP) that is quickly overwhelmed!

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 1 month This now and I'm very happy for now.
The downside, I think, is that the housing is plastic and does not seem very strong. The pedal may not be very suitable for rapid changes in sound ... but hey, it's a habit.
I tried the POD II is also excellent, probably stronger ... but it is not the same price!

In summary, I think it's an excellent price / quality ratio.
