UTILIZATION
I bought it used without notice, so I searched the net because it is not obvious to use since the screen has only two digits.
Otherwise, once we enter the "Deep level editing" and these parameters we arrive at the ear to get what you want quickly.
SOUND QUALITY
The effects are truly effective and realistic, the simulation models are downright well done and once again much better than the POD xt.
I had the pod for 2 years and I remember the sound distortion and lack sinthetyques enough momentum while with the J station you will really feel like to have an amp behind if the sound is pretty good.
I use a U.S. Start and all the sounds are really great, the only problem as already mentioned elsewhere is the acoustic simulation, even with a strat you get not much.
With the control J8 become super comfortable as a MIDI pedalboard it's hard to go without "white" between sounds, and in addition there is the wah wah (no top) and the tuner (not great either but troubleshoots ca)
What I like most is the simplicity, robustness, quality of amp simulations.
Its probably the least to the old desktop that does not mark the sounds with a name.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 2 years and live on the computer, and live sound is surpennant sourtout seen that I can match my lead guitarist who plays on mesa 4x12 cabinet and NOS.
A purchase of nine is $ 400 anyway, with his pedalboard J8 to live more that is happiness.
Money for a used one is the bomb, I have paid mine 300 euros with the J8, while the pedals just wants the POD 300 euros ...
I go to all the lights because I change my stile and I will do as the blues, but for a variety scratch there anything better on the market, and so do we sign
I would do without doubts that choice because it only served me in my long experience as a guitarist of variety.
