I bought mine through sweetwater.com for $129.00. I already own 2 Cube amps, the Cube Bass, and the Cube 30 for guitar. I love them both. That is why I bought the MicroCube as soon as I heard about them. I wanted a high quality portable battery powered amp.

I love the sound this amp gives. Considering it runs off of 6 AA batts, and puts out 2 watts through a 5 inch speaker, it really sounds awesome for a portable amp. It has built in amp simulations that are really good quality, and built in effects. (chorus, reverb, delay, vibrato, and flange) It also came with an AC adapter if you have a plug handy, and has strap buttons so you could carry it around with a guitar strap if you wanted to. Reverb makes a really big difference in a portable amp.

Only one thing I can think of that I don't much like about this, and that is the delay effect. I think the other effects are much better than the delay effect.

Very well constructed. Looks just like the other Cube amps by Roland only smaller.

This is a great choice if you want an amp you can take with you anywhere. (even the woods) The tone blows most of the other battery amps out of the water. Plus since it has different amp sims, you aren't stuck with just one sound. All the amp sims are good and very usable, from clean to rectifier.
