MPC 1000 sequence/sample help?

I have recently started using my mpc 1000 i purchased over a year ago.

I have been sampling and sequencing for a month or so but i'm having issues with the samples i save in a sequence.

when i turn the machine on and load my sequences and programs my sequences are never the same as i saved them.

When i create a program and sample sounds...sequence them the samples will play and i'll get it just like i want them but once i save it shut off the machine and turn it back on my samples arent playing through and i have to go back and resequnce most of my samples???

Its getting frustrating....
