Published on 11/29/10 at 10:44Well I just received today the third micro "Ludovic Lanen," so the MC-1 wired version.
No surprise. Heavy manufacturing side is just right, good grip, very low noise manipulation, resistance to feedback very good, it's nickel.
I noticed that removing the grid cell there is a true copy of Shure SM58. Well there are plenty of poor Chinese microphones or poor quality that the cell resembles the SM, attention MC-1 is not affected by this remark, his cell is very good.
The technology is standard for this kind of micro
OVERALL OPINION
verdict Therefore, direct comparison with its competitor live the Shure SM58, and although I find these two very similar microphones, the MC-1 and more linear, more faithful but that's all.
79 euros for Prodipe MC-1, 109 euros for the Shure SM58, the choice is quickly made!
I put a damper on the MC-1, 40 euros more expensive than its little brother the TT1 I find much more punchy and more enjoyable and with a more consistent output level.
Basically if I had to choose between an MC and TT 1 and TT well I'd take one, moreover I park in my microwave!
You will understand, the SM58 is no longer in the game!
